Frequently Asked Questions
What does a Life Coach do?
Life Coaches are professionals who deal with healthy people who want to improve their lives in specific ways. Life Coaches recognize that within each client is the answer. The coach's job is to ask the questions that are needed.
Is Life Coaching the same as therapy?
No. Therapy focuses on the past and helps clients resolve or understand past issues. Life Coaching focuses on present and future behavior.
Who will benefit most?
Those individuals who are open and willing to make changes in their lives to achieve what they say they want. Individuals who are willing to make the time and effort to invest in themselves; to step a little out of their comfort zone and be willing to take risks (albeit small).
I work during the day, what are your hours?
Most of my clients work during the day, so I offer afternoon/evening sessions during the week (Monday through Friday) and on Saturdays, up to 4:00 pm.
Where are you located?
I offer clients the option to chat in-person or by phone or skype. If we are meeting in person, we will meet at the centrally located Honolulu Country Club in Salt Lake.
